Good Morning all! As you've probably gathered, staying up all night has made me a bit hyper so I want all of you to put all of my unexpected energy into words.

Greetings, writerly life-forms! I am your stunt mod for this hour. *cartwheels*

The writerly pasta is on the buffet table by the glowsticks - be sure not to confuse them! The ninja penguins currently have the alien fish population under control. We have ~~blankies~~ blankets and caffeinated drinks for those as wants 'em, and the singing of the muses (especially the Coffee Muse) is repelling the bonsai giraffes nicely from their insidious plot to rappel over the walls and into Fic_Rush.

Are we writing comfortably? Then let's continue! :D Or if not, let's begin!

Yeah, I'm fried. I'll let Matt Smith handle the team spirit this hour. Just copy him, you'll be fine ;)

Last hour, we had people almost ready to start something! Presumably not an intergalactic war that would kill trillions and potentially threaten the very fabric of space and time. Has anyone started anything else yet?

Ok, so this is my last hour as

justice_turtle has amazingly volunteered to stunt for me so I can cop out an hour early and avoid turning into a babbling insane mess...well, more so than usual anyway!

The last 15 hours have been fun (yep, I really have been here 15 hours, that's why I'm an insane babbling mess) and I look forward to seeing you all again in about 9 hours when I wake up! Until then, write my pretties, write!

Wow! There is so much writing and creating going on! I can practically hear the clacking of keyboard over the howling of the weatherman chanting his litany of doom and gloom and snow.

But I don't care about the weather! I'm in for the weekend, I have food, I have a warm kitteh, and I have the heady responsibility and power over all of Fic_Rush! Mwahahahaha!

....I say, can anyone reach the buckles on my straight-jacket? I can't quite get out of this thing, and typing with my nose is problematic.

The words are piling up here at Fic_Rush! A huge stack of them tipped over and startled my cat, who promptly raced to my side and bit me on the ankle.

Proof positive that words can hurt! Therefore, I am issuing the following warnings:

Be careful not to step on the diphthongs, as they are very slippery.
Watch out for the metaphors--they have been known to attack without warning.
Vowels collect in the refrigerator, behind the pudding. Extract them with care and serve with Cool-Whip.
Errant punctuation prefer dark places and tend to congregate under desks and couches, where they breed.

Carry on, writers, but be careful! Tack your words firmly on the page so that they don't take over the world!

Now, excuse me while I round-up all these extra hyphens....

Alas! Where has the time gone! This is my last hour for Round 39. I'm handing the Baton of Absolute Power to our next magnificent mod Turtle, the Ninja Pirate Prince! Polish your shuriken and hang onto your eye-patches!

It's a good thing that this is my last hour, as my 'net access is slowing down to a crawl. The snow must be freezing the web, or perhaps all the cats are shedding and clogging up the tubes.
