(Or, you know, not-morning. Unmorning? Y'know, this whole time-zone thing, it's overrated and unnecessary. We should all become like China and have one time zone and to hell with sunshine. Now THAT's overrated).

Anyway. On today's agenda we have:
-Penguins
=Editing
-Giraffes
-Writing
-Laundry
-Mmmmm. Breakfast
-Bonsai Giraffes which are significantly different from Giraffes.
-Pitry needing to go out and buy some batteries for her mouse.
-MICE!
-Ice mice?
-They had something like that in Harry Potter, didn't they?
-And then they had that moon that was covered in ice, not mice.
-Was JK Rowling recycling jokes?
-RATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-Rats >>>>>>>>>>> mice.
-Seriously. So much cuter. They just have really bad PR.
-But I'm not writing about rats. Or mice. Nope.
-I'm writing Bruce/Selina ♥

-I'll have to think where the rats fit into this equation.
-Hmmmm. Batman doesn't have any rat badguys right? Just Penguins.

Sorry about that, every so often the airbase I live near decides to jam all nearby signals just to make the helicopter pilots life more interesting (and by proxy, mine too) and I have to play 'find the signal' with my Wi-Fi.

Anyway, the wonderful justice_turtle was kind enough to step in for me and hopefully it won't happen again.

Now are you all sitting comfortably? Then I'll begin my five hour shift...

AND THEN, PINKY, WE SHALL TAKE OVER THE WORLD! (although, apparently, we can't borrow a Death Star from the White House in order to take over the world. We'll have to do it the old fashioned way).

Hullo Fic_Rushers! I see we've had all kinds of productivity, creativity, and other tivities flowing to and fro. I'm so happy to be a part of it!

Myself, I've been mostly into napitivity, snackitivity, and slothitivity. And somewhat frequent kitteh frolicitivity. My new housemate Marvin Softpaws is not bashful about demanding attention. 


So what is distracting you? Distractions do not prevent us from writing; they add colour and flavour, like spice in our soup.

I've gone form sweltering heat to a thunderstorm in the last 30 minutes, hence my late post. Forgive me. On top of that I'm not use to having to start at this hour. Normally my shift would be ending so this is very exciting. I'm stocked to have a new shift :D

Wow. It's so cold outside even the penguins have given up. I don't look forward to going out there, but I must. Laundry doesn't do itself, unfortunately.

Here comes hour 28! Things are a little quiet... too quiet? Does this mean that terrifying squads of ninja penguins lurk with blue pencils and whiteout to make corrections all over our latest batches of words?

Probably not. But you can't be too careful. Best be prepared to fend them off with a truly epic wordcount. Or beat them with a laptop. Either way.
