Wow. It's so cold outside even the penguins have given up. I don't look forward to going out there, but I must. Laundry doesn't do itself, unfortunately.

400 words added! I'm down to just the rest of the sex scene to finish and that is the draft done. It's not going to happen tonight though :( as I'm now far too sleepy. I shall be back in the morning though! Goodnight!

I've cooked and eaten some writerly pasta, done some research on something that I decided not to use after all, and tweaked the last few paragraphs of my story over and over. Which makes them better and better? *crosses fingers* Net result = +71 words

I need to stop tweaking and write the last bit of filler, so I can shoo the story off to my betas!

I have spent the entire day tucked up on the couch watching TV. We are plague-stricken for the umpteenth time this winter, so Mr. Wild declared it a day of idleness. Since what he really wanted to do was marathon large portions of season 1 and 2 of Leverage, that can be conveniently written off as research for one and a bit works in progress.
