Round 68, Hour 1

Welcome to Round 68! I am actually posting through a crack in time, because I'm currently driving south on I-26. I just hope this post reaches the right people at the right time, because if you're actually the highly intelligent but not exactly literate squid-people of Xaxis VIII, it's going to be very embarrassing.

So -- what are your plans for this round? Are you ready to have cake tomorrow? And (trick question) how many tentacles am I holding up?

Round 68: Hour Two

Hello, hello, Rushers! We have now entered Hour Two - and I can only hope progress is well on the way!

So what are we all doing during this magnificent Hour? Having coffee or something stronger? Throwing pencils at the ceiling? Smoke signals? Cake?

Feel free to sound off in the comments. Likely you all are doing much better than I, no matter what you are doing. At the moment, I am attempting to find my Muse so I can hogtie her and maybe coax her into being cooperative...for once all whilst discovering (again) that distractions are a distraction.

Which should be a given, really.

Round 68: Hour Three

And we are definitely well under way! We have words in progress (with bonus words completed!) and writerly cookies going for one Rusher - and calls for Squid Cake from another. :D (Yes, that is a Thing now). Yet another has fallen down the Research Nightmare that is Wikipedia (we are currently gearing up to send a search party...pun fully intended).

How fares the Round so far for the rest of you? Are there words? Tea? Goodies? Naps being contemplated?

Please take time to momentarily procrastinate and brag about your ficcy doings! We would all be happy to hear from you, even as we all simultaneously die from jealousy. *chuckles*

Research has also happened so far! Whoot!! And welcome to the newbie who got it started off right! We salute you!

We will have cookies waiting when you have rousted from your well earned rest. Research is exhausting and we all sympathize. *Beams*

As for the rest of us...well...I'm more procrastinating than anything else. But that's nothing new and therefore silly of me to report.

How goes it for everyone else out there? Do we have Words? Or dreams that are yet to be words? Or shall we just have cake? Feel free to brag and/or sob to us all in the comments. We have tea and other assorted beverages for every commiseration. *nods*
