Here I already have a sci-fi book to analyze and a help_haiti crossover to finish, and I'm suddenly attacked by a 1770s AU MFU plot bunny called "Hercules Mulligan, Spymaster"! (I'm not even kidding! St Crispins put it up for adoption a while back, but I didn't think I'd be doing anything with it because I know zilch about Russia under Catherine the Great - then I randomly think of combining it with this other AU idea I had and suddenly I've got a complete cast including a Cajun version of Napoleon Solo clamoring for my attention! And, of course, no plot. *eyeroll*)
(No, I am not going to work on it this fic_rush. I'm going back to work on my application essay. *glares at Hercules Mulligan and co.*)
