I got distracted by music, so I started writing a bit late, but I got a double drabble done for one challenge, and 400 words on a ficlet for another challenge. Not finished yet, but I'm off to do some cross stitch now.
For being distracted, you got a respectable amount of words written! And I get you, I immediately saw the e-mail notif for your comment because I was fiddling with my phone to find the perfect background music.
Thanks. I figured it was enough for today, I'll continue work on the fic another day. I had to research a bit to get things right.
I cannot listen to music when I write, I need silence, but I like music when answering emails, so I was listening, and listening, and picking tracks, and the time got away from me, and then I made things worse by clicking on an instrumental that lasts over 8 minutes, and it's a piece I love so I couldn't turn it off before it finished... *sigh* I always procrastinate before writing, but since I started listening to music every chance I get, I lose track of time belting out songs I love. Not that I can actually sing, but I live alone, I'm not disturbing anyone.
I'm awake and in much less pain than yesterday (for now *knocks on wood*); with any luck, that can translate into opening the document! But first, I have to pay my tuition before I forget
