figured out why I was having so much trouble getting out of bed
now I need to convince myself that the cleaning and organizing I meant to attempt today are no longer today tasks, and then pick up both (A) a fiber art project and either (B1) an audiovisual input or both (B2a) an audio-only input and (B2b) one of YouTube's many several hours of fireplace and thunderstorm videos, with only one of A and B being something that requires my attention
but I was gonna clean
(me at half or less of my current age is having conniptions rn)
