Ok, I have now stopped flailing and can relax into my shift. I do apologise, I had a bit of online banking (that is in no way, shape or form Cockney rhyming slang, unfortunately) that I had to take care of and it kept being a pain. But yes, Word is now open, words are...not happening yet but I'm hoping they will. If not, I may follow a_q's lead and start doodling xD

How about you guys, are you settled in yet?

Alas, it is my last hour hosting but I will be sticking around to do some writing (an endeavor I should probably start soon) for a while.

I note that this hour has an almost unique numeric configuration. Not until Hour 32 of Round 54 will we again have all four digits of the post title in direct descending order! (And after Hour 43 of Round 65, it will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. Unless it does. ^_^)

This Rush_Fic hourly topic is: spirit animals.  I have been seeing bears everywhere lately. Not real ones. Just on the news, in random TV channel surfings, and last night, I met three different bears in a dream. I think it is  time to look up my animal chart and see what my messages might be.

Sorry this post is late. I had a change of location. At the moment I'm typing at a Pub whilst waiting for trivia to start in two and a half hours. Basically more than enough time to finish my shift :D

So another hour has passed, the wheel has turned and I'm left holding the question... how did your writing go? Drop me a comment and let me know. On a side note, any mods (or anyone with posting access) around who would like to usurp my last hour feel free *wink wink nudge nudge* I'm happy for you to have it :D It means I can focus on my fic. I've cracked the 17k mark and it's straight on to 18k.

The rain has come again. I do love an afternoon thunderstorm. The smell of the air is...lovely.

So many words flying around and piling up in all kinds of places! Makes me proud to be marginally involved! lol

Another hour has passed and it appears I'm all alone. Not only am I alone but no one is here beside me.... And no one wanted to usurp me :D Oh well, there is always tomorrow. Since this is my last hour (and I need to put my laptop away because trivia is about to start) I'm going to trust that you can all keep each other company for the night (or morning) and I'll see you all tomorrow.
