I am just currently being grateful that there's no one around but me and the aardvarks to see how completely confused I am already...

This is the real Hour 10. I'm sure it is. I'm almost positive... Anyway, dear 'rushers, are there words where and when you are?

Well, this section of the round certainly seems to belong to me and my aardvarks. Is anyone out there? Do I hear the sound of busy typing, or is that just the bonsai giraffes aardvarks novel-writing crickets?

Hurrah!  My head is finally free of aardvarks.  Now I just need to deal with the lingering headache.  Some might think the headache was actually caused by the horrible allergy attack I had earlier, but I say it was aardvarks.

How are your words coming?  Are they free of aardvark-induced headaches?  Shall we throw alphabet confetti and invoke the Shower Muse?

Another hour gone by!  I'm actually on and off the keyboard at the moment (and it's leaving funny impressions on my rear), so I won't be very good at responding to comments in a timely manner.  It's more likely to be a timey-wimey manner.

How's it going?  Anyone need a glowstick?  Cookies?  Pudding?  A volume of Kipling's poetry?  A pufferfish shield?  (This is either a pufferfish used as a shield, or a shield against pufferfishes, whichever you need it to be.)

Ok so we've had two types of coffee and chicken soup (not in the same cup, as far as I know), we've only lost one member into a black hole and this is my penultimate hour, I'm putting that down as a success. Now if we could only pin down some more of those pesky words...

I hope that your writing has been going well and that the aardvark army hasn't been pestering you :D If you're like me you made your penguins get them and then shut the door on all the fighting :D

Well! Fic_Rush is humming with activity this afternoon!  There are quests for hot chocolate and freshly laundered words, rumours of wandering bands of fic kidnapping hapless writers and shaking them down for drabbles! O the humanity!

And I, like the lonely zombie with an eye impairment, am looking for brains in all the wrong places!
