Well, we're on movie 3 of "Watch all the Bond movies in order but not very quickly", so right now I'm watching Goldfinger and drinking. I call that research.

And thinking about some possible specifics of plot and character for NaNo, but mostly I still have thematic elements.

Exactly. These were the advices my mother gave me when I was growing up:

1. For heaven's sake, don't sleep with your married professors.
2. Sean Connery will always be James Bond. Roger Moore is The Saint.
3. Don't put ice in your whiskey!

I have a lot of different whisk(e)y. Shamefully large amounts. Some gets ice. Some gets made into other things. Some will always and only ever be neat. I have those crazy whisky stones in the freezer for 'needs chilling but mustn't dilute'. In short, I'm a giant boozehound?

Yeah, but while goats have scary teeth too... they're less physically imposing. Seriously, being bullied by a camel - VERY scary. Especially as you're expected to ride it :|
