I only got back on Wednesday from three weeks home in England and I've been playing catch-up ever since. Still, I was determined to try to get something written today and knowing you're all out there trying to do the same has really helped.

Only 235 words so far but it's better than nothing.

I went back to editing, so now I'm back removing words instead adding them. But it's still progress :D

So far today I've only written 127 words, but they were in a ficathon entry I thought I'd finished and discovered that I'd stopped half-way through a sentence and never gone back to. Because I'd written the section after it (it was dialogue, presumably I'd stopped because I couldn't get that bit to work before) I completely missed it in my previous edits. So tiny section but good job I caught that!

I finally got back home after lunch and many errands. One of the errands was for a new supply of wacky craft porters (as in beer, not people who carry around craft supplies), so that's good!

I shall now see if I can actually accomplish something creative!

I shall see about a little typing up and then head off to bed where I plan to write a ficlet if I can. (I've been thinking it over during the day, and I think I have my hook for a vignette.)
