My kitteh is very annoyed with me; I got out of bed without explicit permission. Also, the constant typing and giggling kept her from her purrfect sleep.  She will, no doubt, punish me later.

I have been hanging out with a fannish friend all afternoon/evening and she has helped me figure out the framing device I want for the story I'm working on. Now we're watching The Man From Uncle (movie) as research for things both of us are separately working on.

Very late to the party here! My excuse is that I was up till nearly midnight last night desperately trying to finish fleshing out my holly-poly fic before the collection opened then took lots of beefy pain meds before going to bed b/c my arthritis was playing up, which resulted in me waking up late and wandering round like a zombie until now. I've decided to take a break from writing today, then tomorrow I'll get stuck into canon review and note-writing for my Chocolate Box assignment. I've an idea where I'm going to go with it unless canon review shoots it down in flames with some detail I've forgotten.
