I'm going to retire to bed and writing drabbles on my phone, 1162 thus far for the day, somehow I don't think I'll be reaching my 5k goal but que sera sera, whatever will be written, will be written. Night all!

Last hour I was studying and knitting at the same time, which works quite well as long as the knitting doesn't go wrong and need me to look at it; this hour so far I have been drinking beer and updating my christmas present list and playing the fiddle, not at the same time.

I'm trying to let my writing powers recharge for a Yuletide edit tomorrow - I feel a bit guilty, but think looking at it again today would have been counter productive.

Sometimes stories need to rest for a day or two before editing - that has certainly been my experience, anyway!

I got 100 words written, the scene finished off nicely and dinner. I am now proceeding to the knit rush portion of the evening (I'm meeting one of the BFF's tomorrow and swapping presents so these slipper socks need to be finished by tomorrow lunch time. At the moment I have one toe but thankfully that are aran weight so it is more doable!)
