I've been doing battle with three fics - one is (hopefully) finished and the other two have had a reasonable number of words added. If I can keep this pace up all weekend, I might be able to get to the Yuletide crossover treat I really want to write!

This is true. But there's something about having a fixed time to get a fic done by that gets my creative juices flowing :D
