Hello!

It’d mid-afternoon in my time zone and I’ve had a reasonably productive (in a non-wording sense) morning. How about you?

I’m working on the last couple of chapters of my NaNo novel, which are a sex scene and a very fluffy ‘Happily Ever After’ epilogue. What wording (or other creative endeavour) are you up to?

And, just out of interest, what are you listening to while you write/create? I’ve got the soundtrack to Shakespeare In Love by Stephen Warbeck in the CD player (yes, physical CDs. I’m old school. And old.) to help the mood along…

I'm working on a few prompts I promised to write but didn't yet. No music today. However, I found to work well to the soundtrack to Sucker Punch, regardless of what I'm writing. Weeeiiiird.

Tyler Bates is very eclectic as a composer, so I don't find that weird at all. I can almost always write to Jeff Beal, no matter what I'm writing...

Good point. And then I guess music and writing sometimes just makes for really interesting combinations, and that's a good thing.

Yeah, some of those prompts I just filled dated back to April. I have some on my to-do-list that date back to … idk … 2 years go? Or more? But I'm about to let go. Can't keep holding on forever =D

I have been busy doing things without remembering to comment, but since hour... 38 I think, I have eaten lunch, carried out a Plan for making lots of possible prompts, helped someone else to sort out a sign up list on LJ and DW simultaneously and only got about three of the name tags wrong (why do they have to be Completely Different?), played the fiddle, studied for an hour, knitted a bit, read some of a book I'm not supposed to be reading, and eaten my dinner. I think :)

No actual words, but I now have ideas to write words about, when I have time - it's studying time again now, though.

Libraries. In Georgian Carlisle, at the moment, which is not at all because all my fandoms are set in the Age of Sail, oh no...

My music is a bit random - Manran, Runrig and Leonard Cohen so far today, lots of Scottish and Scandinavian fiddly stuff usually.

Ugh. Procrastinating so hard in other words. Listening to: the band my household makes up 2/5s of practicing downstairs. Waiting for the NWHL game to come on.
