In celebration of having posting access ( ;-) ), I bring you coffee and vegan pancakes with raspberry jam. That may sound funny to some of you, but it's quite delicious.

Mmm it was, I think I'll pop back to it after lunch. It's always lovely to have a discussion, not only do you get to see another perspective but sometimes you get to learn and understand a little more about your own :)

That's very true! I'm a little jealous—I wish I had time to really engage in a conversation or discussion whatsoever, but I'm a little under pressure getting my chores done in time. *sigh*
