I have written as well. 5 sentences. In my defense, I'm living up to my title (Her Tipsiness), so … I'm thankful for every sentence that I manage to string together :o)
Arriving a bit late as usual - have been pottering around all day doing not very much and certainly no writing! But I am determined to get busy on my Yuletide fic ,and the other 2 fic exchanges I signed up for this round, and I will begin by doing some canon review! Be back later!
Well, I wasn't going to say so... ^_^ Frankly I haven't even done Yuletide in a couple years, I find it too stressful, so three whole fic exchanges at once is so far beyond my experience that I couldn't even say whether it's impressive, insane, or both. XD I'm sure you'll have fun with it, though, for a given definition of fun, and that's the point, isn't it? ;-)
I managed just over 600 words last hour, so maybe... maybe this is the hour in which I will hit my GYWO wordcount pledge! Also, I have beer. Very yummy local craft beer.
Ploughman's Ale, a 'British bitter' style ale from Grand River Brewing Co. of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.
It's my favourite 'pissy British bitter' since they stopped exporting Spitfire Kentish Ale from the UK in bottles (it's only available in cans in Ontario, now *sob*).
But Ploughman's was a limited run, and I've just drank (drunk?) the last two bottles east of Ottawa, apparently. *MORE SOBBING*
I have been studying and knitting a purple blanket square (they go quite well together), and now I am going to write a blog post (almost fandom), and then go to bed.
I am editing and it is the worst writing I have ever read and I want to cry. I guess just keep repeating "they're paying me for this, they're paying me for this..."
Little bit of both. I'm trying to ease the awful, doing the SPAG, and then leaving my impressions of the book in a side notes file. They're paying for my Christmas presents (and probably December's rent) so I'm just gonna hang on.
*weeps on your shoulder where the author definitely can't see*
This is a side-community for fic_rush, where we post our hourly posts during rounds. If you've wandered in here by accident, you'll want to go there instead.
If you're with fic_rush and have just shown up, look for most recent hourly post.
