I have not written words, but I have worked on EPIC sleeves.

Also, I am pouting, because Me TV stopped doing Spy Night on Sundays. Phoo!!

Well, they're intended for a new chemise that will enable me to wear an old costume again. The costume is an Italian Renaissance gown in green velvet, with overlay in silver braid and jewel embroidery, with a white satin lining. The old chemise doesn't fit right any more (too short), is badly faded, and is a synthetic fiber, which is a strict no-go in this climate.

The new chemise is white silk gauze, with a cut floral pattern. The sleeves have a triple puff and use about 2 yards of fabric each. I plan to embellish them with silver thread and crystal and pearl beading. So, EPIC.

I just got the yoke patterned earlier today, and am hoping to start cutting the body of the gown later this week. Damn, it's fun being able to make myself really snazzy threads!

No kidding, those sound like they will be beyond epic. Phenomenal. And definitely snazzy!
