This is actually slightly taking shape a bit. Yay! At this rate, I will probably reach my goal of having the plotting part of this done by tonight.

Well, I have a broad, shorter outline already. I'm just expanding it into an overly detailed scene-by-scene outline as an experiment. The first third has nefarious plots. After that it's more of a regular plot than a nefarious one. It's pretty much going to be an exercise in thinking up disasters.
