Well, it seems like everyone's off to a good start! I managed to get boring school things submitted on time, and now it's time to drink away my feelings about a certain trashy fandom *cough*Glee*cough* before I come back and maybe do fannish things finally?!?! *knock on every last wooden object* Meanwhile, care to tell us how things are on your side of the galaxy?

Um, well, in Hour 1 I re-wrote most of page 11 (of 72) of the fic I'm filing the serial number off of. Now I'm going to take a break from that (because if I try to work on it for too long I lose focus and go stir-crazy) and do some new words on a different fic instead.

ETA: ...and my fingers just typed "loose" for "lose". Bad fingers! Bad!

I had one come to me last week that just doesn't want to leave me alone but it's AU and I'm a little worried it's way too fair out of the box, even for me. And I don't normally feel this way. I mean I created a Veornica Mars/Glee crossover verse because one day I thought wouldn't it be awesome if Kurt could have an amazing sister like Veronica.

I wrote a Sleepy Hollow/Arrow crossover ficlet last week from a prompt request (Felicity meets Abbie), and then went trolling through the Arrow fics on AO3 for the first time, just to see what was there. And was disappointed by the tiny amt. of Oliver/Diggle. So I might write some.

Oh, that book looks wonderful! In fact it looks like such a good resource that I'm going to recommend our Quilt Guild buy it for our library. And hi! I followed you here from GYWO, btw ;)

I live in a farming community, so there are lots of quilters. Our Guild has about 35 members, and it's a relatively small one, just our village and the surrounding area. The city 30 mins to the south of us has a Guild with over 100 members.

Too bad your quilt shop closed!
