I've been side tracked this hour by a new episode of the 100. Plus I think it's time for lunch... at least that's what my tummy is telling me :D

So the plan is lunch then some more writing cause I've still for at least a thousand or so words to go before I'm done. Then the really work begins.

Plowing right through, though there will be one cross stitch break tomorrow, I'm having lunch with some stitching friends. I have until Tuesday to get it done cause my computer needs to be sent away for repairs :(

Aww. *patpat* *hugs* What are you trying to write? Would it help if you switched projects? I'm sure there are Spartacus AUs that want writing. ;-)

(Perhaps a little more helpfully, I've known people who get good results from deliberately not!ficcing - writing out what's going to happen in the chapter, but in something like Ye Olde Englysshe or terrible Reduced Shakespeare rap. Sometimes it helps your brain just get the words onto the page if you commit like that to having to rewrite it later.)

Okay, I got my dragon to level 24. Now I'm going to take a shower and lie down for a nap before I usurp Verity's shift. ^_^ And who knows, maybe the Shower Muse will visit me and I'll actually write something! Stranger things have happened. XD

I think I know what went on with stealthbaguette's post. Encourage her to join the comm, even if she leaves it again right away (I promise I won't sulk). We've had enough problems with LJ-spam and the occasional troll that I dialed up the security settings, so that comm membership makes a big difference in whether a comment gets screened.

Admittedly, with a name like stealthbaguette, it's no wonder she flies under the radar.

But yeah, the comm thing, I'm not sure if they've joined this one or just Fic_Rush with no 48 on the end, I'll mention that when they're up again. :-)
