Ahh, the relief of having someone who understands (as they do the same thing, lol!) 200k+, two stories, one more in notes - all filled with mayhem, extortion, horror, murder, NSFW relations and all around headdeskyness. My Fic-Wife chides me for not sharing, but I always have ready excuses. The main ones being that none of these tales have a 'beginning'. *chuckles*

Especially if it's delicate Naughty. Introduce it to some like-minded friends who will love it and cherish it and help it grow healthy and confident! Especially if they're the sort who will beat up anyone who tries to bully it.

Once it's fine strong Naughty, it can serve as a role model for other budding Naughties who need to understand the proud traditions of their tribe.

LOL!! Ohh, how I do love you! *Grins* There are few like-minded friends in regards to this particular Naughty - but I do seem to have a plethora of friends all around that are ready to bear arms against asshattery *is rather bewildered by this* - even if said asshattery is from me about my own scribblings. That's precious, that is.

This is EXCEPTIONALLY Naughty. With a touch of Wrong. And a lot of 'What Is This - I Can't EVEN' thrown in for good measure. Why do an inches worth when you can go the whole mile?!

Tis just the sharing I manage to find excuses for, lol!

I swear there needs to be AO3 tags for "what is this even?" and "oh dear Lord, did I really write that?"

That said, most of my unposted naughties are unposted because they lack bottom halves (aka, they're not finished). There's only the odd few that I haven't posted due to my own cowardly custard chickenness (sidenote, custard and chicken do not make good bedfellows).

Right?! Oh my goodness, lol!! But then, I'd tag nearly all of my fics with that, as my characters run unchecked and my Musie is...decidedly unwell all of the time *cackles*!

Mine have no bottom, not top and they likely are that way because I am the Queen of Cowardly, even as I proudly announce my proclivities to all that are listening. So. Hypocritical, Cowardly and Pretentiously Paranoid. I would poke at you to post and Make Awesome Things Happen, but I have no legs to stand on or even a crutch to prop myself with. That being said - you should share your Naughty proudly and I would fend off all Asshats who wish to be awful. Your words are gorgeous and should be shared!

My muse is basically Eliza in Selfie. Sexy with a short attention span and an affinity for UST with deeper more serious fics and some unexpected angst peppered in for the lolz.

I have been making an effort to finish and post mine, at last count I only had about 35 languishing in the darkness, unloved and blue balled.

I'm going to go rechain my Musie with her brand new manacles, break out with the new whip she got for Christmas and tease her with a fresh bottle of tequila. I love Eliza too, she's my favourite character on TV right now. I'll be heartbroken if they don't give her a happy ending :(

But yeah, you know that scene where she's trying to prove it's impossible not to look at her as she leaves a room. That's my muse. And I'm Henry, trying desperately not to give in but ultimately looking despite myself.

Why aren't we friends yet? I feel like we need to be friends xD

I was thinking the same thing the other day (all while being tempted to get Hulu Plus just so I can get 'Selfie' FASTER...waiting is for the birds). She deserves a happy ending, as does Henry. It would be trite and tropey if they wound up together, but I will still be stupidly happy with that result. She is a lot smarter and more beautiful inside than she gives herself credit for. She's just taking the long way round to see it!

So yes...makes me happy your Musie is this way, lol! And flirty fun never hurts anything!

Ummm...because I am slightly crazy? And shy about friending (even with my open door policy, lol!). And did I mention crazy?

But I would love to be friends with you! Just...felt it would be rather stalkery of me - and slightly head-tilty (as I have had a WIP you requested quite some time ago still sitting in my folders...yes, your name and the request stood out, but I am too twitchy and silly to call attention to myself, even as I likely do that all the time like a Big Diva omg).

Yeah, for me, they don't even need to have a big romantic tropey moment, I just need them to realise they like each other as people and have real feelings, not based on "oh they're rebounding/can't handle a relationship". And maybe make out for a bit, just for aesthetic reasons.

Really? I did think I knew your name but I can't for the life of me remember what I requested. If it helps, I have so many WIPs I've started for other people that they're still waiting for a year later so we're already co-habiting the same boat ;)

Oh yes, I remember now! That we talked about it before, not the actual prompt, I can barely remember what I had for lunch today, let alone 2011 (or there abouts, I've been cleaning up my own fics from that era (which is even more embarrassing), hence why I can even remember that). But lol, that prompt does sound a *lot* like me. You can see my muse hasn't changed at all. If it ever does see the light of day, be sure to poke me but until then, your secret is safe with me :)

See, I'm an idiot and I don't make notes unless it's going to be over 20k, I just write down the mess that my brain comes up with as it comes up with it. Which is another reason I'm so bad at finishing things. Plus the attention span thing.

I totally get you there. Though I wish I could blame my own attention span for that, alas, I cannot. *Facepalm*

It was a mess. I am a hardcore rare-pair shipper of Things That Are Not Right. And yet, the 'mess' has proven to be one of my more popular fictions. It is a mess though. I was aiming for Funneh and Hawt and yet the angsty crawled in there (as it will) and made everyone wanna cry in the end. *HANDS*

It's funny you say that, about the mess becoming the favourites because I swear, I have a sprawling, rushed, 40k work that makes me cringe every time I think about it and as punishment, it's the the fic with the most hits of all my fics. One of these days I'll go back and tidy it up and fix the ending but that would involve reading it back =/

My WIP is probably the most organised thing about me. It's divided into big bangs and oneshots, then by fandom. That should tell you enough about how out of control it got that I actually had to do that 0.0

I'm free for fic_rush, at long last! I wrote for ten minutes at the beginning of the hour, and I'm going to try to do 10 minutes per hour for as long as I'm at work (let's hope it's a slow day).
