Round 57, Hour 24

I went for a lovely walk earlier this afternoon. Today is a perfect autumn day, light clouds, warm sunlight, cool breezes.  It was good to get outside. I'm lucky that I have a teen to galvanize me to get out and do stuff. I ususally sleep all day on Saturdays.

Now if I could just get her to force me to write fic!!

Oh that sounds really lovely. I didn't leave the house today, but I was out last night when it was probably the last warm one we'll have in a while.

I just wrapped up the first draft on a new story, just a wee ~2k one. Now to decide which stuck WIP I can work on next.

Sounds like a fun afternoon. I probably should have gotten out of the house, but...eh. It was kind of chilly, and I started watching scary movies (man, I love the time leading up to Halloween), which kept me well-entertained.

And I managed another 400 words in the last hour, so there's that. Guess the fact-checking and food were good ideas.

Splendid! And I agree wholeheartedly... the movie selection in the days leading up to Halloween are filled with scary-goodness!
