Round 50, Hour 48

Not dead yet!  Due to my having started this round at the wrong hour, we actually have two hours left, if anyone is around to enjoy them!

This hour's official shade of gold is iridescent highlights on feathers and plumage of fantastic birds, and rich gold tones on the hides of exotic wild beasts.

Let's see, I think I've added another page and a half, since I last checked in. I've moved on to writing future conversations that I have snippets of in my head, rather than going strictly linearly (not a bad step, just one I always have to think about making because it's not precisely natural to me).

Also, dinner is in the oven for another 1.5--2 hours. So, more fic in the meantime. :)
