I have supped! Now I really have to open up the file and grit my teeth and write this story that's 2 1/2 weeks late... *cries*

Don't think about how late it is! That's just extra stress, which won't help at all. Here, let me wave my magic Fic Rush Timey-Wimey Wand over time; this weekend is now time-free! Your only (fic-related) concern is what you can manage to write over this weekend.

Now take a deep breath and a cup of tea, and open that file. You can do this!

File is open...and renamed, because my fic may be unfinished, but it's not untitled. Which is something. And I've already met the minimum word count requirement, which is good. I should be able to finish up the current scene without too much trouble.

Oh, and I came up with a possible ending that might work pretty well.

In between those two things however, I have to write a sex scene. It's a requirement. The prompt is vaguely specific about what type of scene is wanted, so I can't just write any old thing that I might actually be good at picturing and writing. *sighs* My imagination has been failing me every time I think about it.

Don't worry about the sex scene yet; write the stuff you know you can write first! The middle part will be a lot easier to tackle once you're already on a roll.

I was all ready to settle down to a night of intense writing but then I got invited out. Alas, woe is me.

Perhaps I'll be able to get some key pecking in later on...
