Once upon a time, there was a costume designer.  She toiled and toiled over the pattern for her skirt.  Then, she realized she drew the lines off by an inch and had to start over.  There was much wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Figured y'all could use a rectangular fic for inspiration.  How's the writing/not dying going?

I am doing some research to try and reassure myself that the logistics of what I want to write are, if not explicitly do-able with the technologies of the day, they are at least reasonably close. Point in fact, what kind of van/box truck/etc from the late 60's would be able to fit a ~5ft x ~5ft x ~9ft blue box on its side. Edit: So yes, VERY RECTANGULAR

I am reassuring myself by looking at Multi-stop trucks and Step-vans. Those work; I had named them incorrectly earlier on. Though none of the pictures show the back! I want to know how big the back doors are on these. 6ft x 6ft would work.
