Round 44, Hour 7

This is my second and presumably last hour of usurpation. seriesfive should be coming along for the next hour.

Things seem to be running smoothly. The pinstriped alien fish are being defended, coffee is being found, along with various things to go with it, and the laughing plants have thus far resisted eating people.

So how's the writing coming amidst all this?

Neither have I unfortunately. I've gotten swallowed up in icontests

But its good to think about new stories, give some room for the great ideas! And editing takes energy, that's true. I usually bribe myself with candy to get it done :D

I really am going to bed now. Deleting outdated files is kind of addictive, though! ^_^ I have fewer than nine thousand left to look through. (...this is a major improvement, I swear. XD)

Well, fewer than nine thousand if I don't count the ~2000 music files I have to look over and possibly do things to. O_O)

Fate knows my files could use a bit of spring cleaning, especially after the week of Microsoft update fail. *facepalm*

Oooh, dear. Speaking as one who has a dozen computers to update, my sympathies! This was a real bitch of an update week.

Unfortunately, my nephew's computer may have gotten the update that's been crashing computers causing them to go ona perpetual reboot loop. His plan is to completely wipe his HD and start all over.

I haven't done a really proper clear-out of my files since I got my first laptop, which was in... about 2008, I think. :P I've done minor clear-outs, but it's still an untidy mass of things I was never able to take a detached look at. O_O

(And that was a lot of updating, yeah. Seems like every time I shut down my computer it wants another round of updates, and adds another gigabyte or two to the OS. :P)
