Well, I'm awake again, anyway. And I came up with another scene I can write before I get my alien race designed - Jo wants to go shopping. Not that I shall get it written before the deadline, because I have to eat dinner, but at least it can be written.

(Also, I put together a partial list of stories I want to work on after I finish this one. Which is very good, because it apparently means I am no longer blocked in general. Squee!)
