First few pages edited, and as always, I get the sinking feeling that this story both sucks and will never be finished at this rate.

Oh no! I doubt your story sucks but I know the feeling. I always feel that way when I read through it the first time but when I go through it the second time it looks better. Hang in there!!! You will finish it and it won't suck!!!
