I am facing a terrible dilemma. Earlier when I went to borrow a book from the library, I saw people travelling around with what looked like hot chocolate with loads of cream from the cafe next to the library. Now I wonder if I feel like going out again and get one to myself as well, as a break from reading.

Sounds like a yummy distraction and, if the cafes there are anything like they are here, possibly ridiculously expensive.

However, being so close to the library, there's probably a lot of words floating around, words and ideas and little pieces of brilliance, and therefore a chance that free-floating words may land on that pile of whipped cream and become stuck. Might be worth it!

Yes! And I'm tired of reading papers but I have so many still to read. Distractions are good.

... I am actually ashamed to admit, I have no idea how expensive or unexpensive the place is. I've been here for a month and a half and never bought there anything. I've never even WENT in there. That's the problem of living on campus - I'm literally less than 5 minutes walk from my classes and the library. I go to class... then go back home... and if I need the library I do what I did earlier today and just go there for 3 minutes and then go back. Hmpf.
