Fic-rushers!!! We're tumbling inexorably into these final hours of the round.

Personally, I have my sister's cat which I've stolen borrowed, a desperate need for lunch, chocolate chip oatmeal cookies I made yesterday (this recipe is delicious: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chewy-Chocolate-Chip-Oatmeal-Cookies/Detail.aspx ), and half a chapter left to write for this fic.

I've been doing some research to find out what kind of knife Teal'c might whip out when he wants to get kinky. *eg*

Sounds like fun to me! Teal'c would probably have the coolest knives for kinky things (though for some reason I imagine that his everyday knives are really practical. Kind of like, having really cool shoes for when you're doing something fun and practical shoes for going to work (or off-world) every day).

Hmmm . . . I could see him getting kinky with some kind of knife that is, too him, amazing and exotic and represents the very best of Tau'ri culture -- but is something that we'd regard as fairly ordinary. A really well-honed kitchen knife, perhaps, or a Bowie knife. I think he must love stainless steel. A Swiss Army knife would be too cracky, though.

Of course, he could also do the same with a museum piece from Daniel's collection. A knapped flint knife, say.

Or possibly the straight-edged razor he uses to shave his head.

Guns/blades, but yeah. *g* And I can combine it with a different prompt that I've been sitting on for awhile.

I think I found the right knife, which was mentioned once in canon. It's the knife that's used to carve the forehead tattoos. *shivers*
