Oops, I'm a bit late -- too busy getting laundry done wrangling giraffes and smuggling camels.  I'm currently playing with screen caps and listening to the wee small voice of the (not at all wee or small) fic I need to beta, calling for my attention.

I added 746 words to my big bang and I'm officially past the half way mark now. *gulp*

Oh yeah, and I gave my self the first half of a pedicure. I love 20/10s.

What does '20/10s' signify?

20 minutes of writing or whatever else you are trying to do, then a ten minute break. Basically the pomodoro technique, except it's easier to type. :D I'm finding it's really helping with actually sitting down and getting words out.

Actually, speaking as someone who gets a metric buttload of spam on LJ, I'm grateful for it (especially since one of the most prolific spammers is spewing malware links all over LJ). If you don't see me free your comment from the mod queue right away, you can send me a PM and I'll set it free.

So I got sidetracked with research. It was totally necessary! Only got 153 words written as setup (I have the middle written already) and realized the dynamic is off for what I intend. Hmm... may have to shift focus to writing the smutty bit and leave the beginning for last.

Still, it's a start. *beams*
