WhatI'm bugged about is totally out of my control, so since I can't change it, I'll have to change myself.

In the larger scheme of things it's not that important, anyway.

I have relocated my lounging and writing to the back patio, which is just about warm enough for the task. And not humid right now, yay. I am having a cider (the proper, alcoholic kind, not the "what is this noise!?" kind) and I will bash out some more pointless violence before we're done here.

Yes indeed! I'm trying to write a different style of pointless violence than I usually do. I tend to go for hyper-realistic fightin' dirty. That will not do at all in this case, which is great, because it's a good stretch for me.

I have returned from a Virtuous Errand to get crap to the storage unit, after which I rewarded myself with a binge at the thrift store. Now I get to add the new clothes to the laundry, which I had almost finished before I left but am now Not Finished At All. Such is life.

I'm also hoping to catch my Technical Consultant so I can write the next piece of the Laundry!fic. At least I'll get something written that way.
