The Fic rushes on! I'm busy cooking (meaning, of course, doodling while the crock pot does all the work) but I'm happy to be here to collect progress reports and penguin sightings while the rest of you work diligently to fill the world with much-needed stories.

I managed to get the last two scenes roughly down so that means rough draft is finished! Only about a month later than it should have been but oh well. I'll get started on editing in the morning.

BTW, if I'm a bit late for my shift (9am gmt) it's because the time vortex has swallowed me whole.

I am having dinner... which is oatmeal. Clearly, as Pitry so astutely noticed earlier, I live in Looking-Glass World with regard to meals. ;-)

Next I am planning to do some reading of Really Long Classics on my Kindle (I'm about four-fifths of the way through Three Musketeers). If I get distracted and fic results, I shall notify the comm! XD

YAY! I've made it back! Seeing as I shall be leaving again before too long, that's not saying much. But I will spend the time between now and when I leave again to dig in and really try some brainstorming. Anyone know good plotbunny bait?

If all else fails, I may just give up and knit some of the suckers.

Well, I've written 1089 words of what I consider to be pretty sparkling Eleven-Amy-Rory dialogue, even if I do say so myself. ;D Unfortunately, I haven't as yet got a story to go with it, so...

Somewhat distracted by watching a repeat of Foyle's War - the episode featuring not only David Tennant but also his sometime significant other Sophia "The Girl in the Fireplace" Myles. And also Danny Dyer, best known for appearing in about a hundred and fifty straight-to-DVD cockney gangster films.
