My last hour of Fic_Rush... indeed, I have to run very soon! I'm bouncing with excitement over all this productivity! Crackfic and beta reading! Yarn and teakettles!

I just did an editing pass on my ficlet from last night and made it better! Unfortunately, I also realized that the ending is very weak and needs a lot more work. However, I think I am going to let it rest for a bit and turn instead to my WIP, since I really want to get some work done on it this afternoon. I have tea, I have music, and my lap is currently cat-free! (Let me know if you come across any of those one-handed keyboards for cat owners; I could totally use one!)

Well, I am currently unemployed and that sounds like a ridiculously easy post - I'm hired! You're marvellous! I've always said so!

I don't what you'll pay me in, because it's probably a bit expensive and pointless to send peanuts across the Atlantic.

Productivity is awesome!

I got tea, (tis rather strong ;D ) got the end of the scene blocked out and got 200 words written. Aiming for more this hour.

Also I think I have hit that rather vague zen state of writing. WHich is always better than panicking.

I am off to bed, but I have: edited a Yuletide fic that probably actually is a Yuletide fic now, and sent it to my beta (as I said.)

I have also posted some posts I meant to post earlier, but my brain wall achy from trying to write fic it shouldn't be writing.

Overall, that is pretty good! :-)

Good night fic_rushers, and good luck! Watch out for the penguins. They have been suspiciously quiet of late. This probably means they are planning a Yuletide raid.

Congratulations on almost-finished Yuletide fic! Good night, and we'll definitely keep a lookout for penguins. I suspect it may soon be International Penguin Day, which could be problematic, but I confess that I'm still looking forward to Fish!Frolic!Supreme!

Not very much on the writing front. I've done a little more on my story outline, but mostly I've been cleaning and helping my husband hang our new door and other various things.
