Hmmm.  Pitry's bus may be running more slowly than expected.  Or possibly my giraffe minions have intercepted it BWAHAHAHA.

I myself have had breakfast, reconciled my credit card statement, updated Ao3, and stared blankly at some Word documents.

Well crap. I'm actually very bad at this.

250 words of free-writing from the point of view of one of the key inanimate objects in the scene that is currently refusing to be written.

I may bear that in mind. But the real problem I'm having is not even being able to get myself to focus on the writing in the first place. Still, I have just managed to get locked out of a Stoopid Official Site, so that's one task I can't work on at all until Monday, because we can't get the freaking thing unlocked until regular business hours. God, I hate government IT.

That's one good way to eliminate procrastination. Maybe do a timer/stopwatch blast? Glowstick?
