Hello, fic_rush! So, let's see. We've had double hours, missing hours, hypnotism, giraffes, handwavium, glowsticks, and purple. Hour 10 has been retrieved, but Hour 15 is still missing in the Space-Time Vortex. And we will be at the halfway point of the round at the end of this hour.

What will the second half of fic_rush hold in store?

We would, truly. Virtual words that pop out of your head (without hurting you!), ready for immediate storage so that they aren't forgotten.

*glares at fic bits she can only half-remember*

And the thing is, they usually only come to you when you're doing something else (like trying to fall asleep 'cause it's already late. WTF?). I've managed to write some of them down on actual paper (and put it on the computer, and expand it from there) in one case but that's the fic that's going well. The others...yeah not so much.

Well, my fingers aren't zombified yet, so I'm letting them take care of the writing. Half of my brain is attempting to devour the other half, but the human half is putting up a valiant fight. Fortunately, no one in the org meeting seems aware of my plight, and I think we might be wrapping up in fifteen minutes, yay!
