Hour 22. An hour of in-between, edging close to half way but not quite there. What will you achieve in Hour 22? And how will we explain the build up of penguins, flamingos, and ostriches waiting outside for Hour 23?

And will there, in fact, be a zombie apocalypse, and also is there honey still for tea?

I managed 700 words last hour and I'm soo close to the end of my rough draft. Just going to finish it then be off to be because I think I may be going a bit brain dead.

So I am slowly making revisions and also in the last hour I wrote up a short but illustrated post for the makeup blog I co-author... it's waiting for proof-reading before it can go live but I feel virtuous about getting that done.

Every piece of beta-suggested revision seems to cause me to stare into the distance for a while before I can apply it. A slow but necessary process.
