Character 1 listens as Character X reveals the truth – they have both been manipulated by Dr. Z They agree to team up and take him on. Character 2 gives Character 1 a kiss. “We can take him on together.” Character 1 wonders how many beds the next hotel room will have…
The WIPs give you a stern look. “The chapter is finished,” you protest. “I’ll get right back to work, I promise.” “We will be back if you don’t,” the oldest one says. “And we won’t be so nice next time.” But for now, you’re safe.
Character 1 can’t believe the betrayal. They decide to sneak out the side door and carry on this mission on their own – now that they know they can’t trust anyone… The WIPs are not satisfied with the “plot twist”, despite your pleas. It turns out the next thing to get twisted is YOU.
