A lovely person gave me the 2011 Novel and Short Story Writers Market guide for my birthday. It's massive and I need to crack it open... I am getting so close to having something I really really want to start getting rejected by publishers.
I'm up to "flipping through the literary magazines section and lamenting the fact that I'm not Dave Eggers." It's a key part of a writer's development in the 21st Century, I think.
