I’m not really here - I’m doing some knitting while waiting for the laundry to finish so I can go to the gym - but morning rushers! Anyone still awake and writing?!

I am back knitting my jumper, after having to unravel it all due to a maths error. (The pattern is written for 4ply, I was trying to convert it into one for double knitting.) I'm nearly done with the front!

I used to knit for a shop selling baby clothes. I sent them things I'd made, and if someone wanted an item in a different colour I'd make it. One lady liked a particular cardigan, but wanted it in pure wool - she'd provide the yarn. Sent three colours to make three cardigans, but the original was 3ply and she sent DK. What a joy that was, figuring out how to make three cardigans the same size as the original in a much thicker yarn >.< I did it though.
