Round 16, Hour 6

With this post, I leave you for the night (or the day, if you happen to be in a different hemisphere).  The goddess-like lullabymoon will be here next hour to carry on.  Be sure to save her some of the magical writerly pasta and offer her a ride on a space pirate's red motorcycle.  And watch out for the Russian Parrot mafia!

As for me, I'm going to go fall over.

Er, neither. I've just got up about 10 minutes ago. But since it's 6am, I'm not writing anything new this hour.

I've got a 10,000+ words fic to finish this weekend though.

I opened up a fic that I hadn't touched since January 30th. I was writing it during Word Wars, with none of my usual pausing to go back, re-read and edit.

I've been afraid all this time to open the file up and find out that I wrote crap.

*smacks self around* It's GOOD!

I just added about 25 words while reading. :-)

I should try to take a lesson from this. I could be a much faster writer. It was all coherent and the editing just amounted to changing a word here or adding a phrase there. I was so afraid it was utter crap!

Magical writerly pasta? Is this what happens when I'm not around? I gotta admit it's a little weird. I like it!!

Though, yay, looks like I get a couple of hours to write. My friend decided to go and visit with some of his other friends so I get writing time, though it will probably only be an hour or two :D

I . . . somewhat did. I wrote down all my ideas and put them in order. I know that these things happen in the fic. But there are still major missing pieces, at least some of which need to be filled in before I start serious writing.
