swap in a pinch of ground cayenne for the spicy powder, add granulated garlic and ground ginger, and forget everything that goes in after the pasta goes in the fridge (I'm planning on chopping carrot and celery and crushing cashews and adding sunflower and flax seeds), and if the result tastes half as good as the sauce smells (we'll find out in a couple hours), it's a keeper
in other news we have made it back down into the 70s F out and nothing in the ten-day forecast is supposed to get as high as 60, wooo! but also I used to be able to walk a whole-ass 5K in 85F weather and be fine as long as I brought enough water, wtf changed
