apparently we don't get spring this year, just winter ending late and summer starting early

source: tonight is the first time this calendar year it's expected to be warm enough overnight I can think about changing from flannel sheets to regular sheets, and today NWSSeattle tweeted about how the last time the nearby big city hit the first 70F and 80F days in the calendar year on the same day was some decades ago

anyway no wonder I feel like crap in the way usually reserved for summer afternoons

My hour was as follows:

Me: *drinking coffee in a room that does not have my computer in it*
Computer: *starts blaring Fic Rush alarm*
Me: ...Why in the hell?
Computer: *continues alarm sounds for a minute and a half*
Me: *siiiiigh*
Computer: *still yelling*
Me: *goes into the room and turns off the fucking alarm that morning!me did not think to label* Sweet relief.
Me: *20 minutes later after realizing the sun is setting* foaijeoafj why am i like thissss?
