Dinner I think then a break. ;D

I managed 100 words this hour, but it bridged most of a gap and I'm much happier now. That and I got most of my distractions out of the way.

Pitry is here. Making dinner. Trying to figure out whether she wants to risk it and take a shower. Is definitely planning on editing that chapter soon. I feel so guilty. It's been ages since I updated. :(

Try to not feel guilty about not updating. I went through that too, but it's a counterproductive feeling -- the more guilt I felt, and the more pressure I felt, the harder it was to write.

I've come to the realization that it's okay to take a long time -- a VERY long time -- to update. It happens to writers all the time, and people tend to be very understanding about it.

This is true. I (used to) beta for a writer who frequently takes several months at a minimum between updates. I say "used to" because she hasn't been heard from in a year or two... :-(

(OTOH, when she does update, it is always OF THE AWESOME.)
