Egads!  It is Hour 24, and Round 15 is at the halfway point!

Yes, we're halfway from here to eternity, halfway between Here and There.  The Time Chicken is lurking just beyond the next nanosecond.  But we are not helpless or hopeless!  We can write!  And we shall!

Well, hopefully.  All I've managed to write so far is posts and comments.  How about you?

LOL! XD IDEK. I was messing around on my dreamwidth account, trying to find something with daily check ins (I'm also at findyourwords) and I found a link to this comm in a random comment on dreamwidth's fic_finishing comm. :) Weird, right? :)

Yes you should! This place is helpful! I don't know the mod at findyourwords well, but I'm sure you could ask to post a general invitation there during one of the weekly check-ins. I was about to post a comment now, anyway, since we're in the middle of one of our check-ins (if that's OK). :)

Absolutely! Feel free to spread the word anywhere you like. (Well, don't give away the location of our secret lair to the Bad Guys. They'll subvert our penguins and steal all our glowsticks.)

In particular, please emphasize that anyone can drop in at any time during the 'rush, stay as long as they like, return or not as they like. The first time you pop in, it's a good idea to say hello and say what you're working on -- which is exactly what you did!

In between rounds, if you join the parent comm (fic_rush, as opposed to fic_rush_48), you'll get the pre-round announcements, and be able to participate in the polls to determine the dates of upcoming rounds.

YES, that's it! Sorry, I got the name confused with something else, I think. I just joined like two days ago and haven't explored much, just signed up for the sprint in April. :P IDK. Maybe try again? There were a few new people signing up for April and they might see it? :)

I was thinking about signing up for their April WIP challenge, too. I haven't done the challenge in awhile, and I'll have a help_japan fic to write.

Um, I did laundry? Except the load didn't fully dry, so I just put it in for a few more minutes. So actually laundry isn't accomplished either.
