How's everyone doing, we still hanging in there? The freezer is open if you need to beat the heat, or if you need to escape because we accidentally locked you in the freezer again.
I think the problem I'm having writing this is, structurally I fucked myself over. on the right, we have Chat Noir's soliloquy, or anyway he thinks it's a soliloquy, my entire premise is he thinks all his communications are busted, not just the incoming ones. on the left, we have the dialogue of the on-Earth cast. all of this is intended to be presented in audio format as though it's the original recordings, btw; in text format it's meant to be transcripts of same. (gotta write the text version first though.)
so that's two of the work's three audio files, which I have to write separately. and the third is weaving both of those together, so that one can hear what Chat Noir is saying at the points in the on-Earth narrative when Ladybug hears him say it, after one has heard the version that's all Chat Noir knows about what's going on and then the version that's from the perspective of anybody who's neither him nor Ladybug. but enough of Ladybug's actions are driven by what she's hearing from Chat Noir that I can't write it separately. even though I have to, because Chat's side of things is not driven by anything on anybody else's side, because none of that's affecting him in any way.
do you mean like story and dialogue-wise or timing-wise? 'cause it might be useful to take a strategy of progressively narrower outlines until narrowing in on exact lines. like, if you outline Chat's part, then outline Ladybug's and the others', then a more detailed outline of Chat's then Ladybug's, and so on until you get to the level of the actual wording of the lines, which might require some finagling to get the lines to match up correctly in a recording. no idea if this helps haha, good luck!
