but also I really want to finish (and post the next chapter of) where the firelight fades, I seriously think I only need to do about five more paragraphs altogether (one placeholder in chapter 15 and another in chapter 16) if there's nothing paragraph-sized I need to fix, but my betas have lives and are not getting back to me, and I do not know if there's actually anything needing fixed besides those placeholders
