Lost a few hours watching rugby league. Back to tackling the FAQ and rules, think it's just the art section to finalise then I can update it all. *splodey brain*
I made some risotto for dinner, which means I can finish off the food blog entry that is nearly done (I needed to try a second celeriac recipe before I could finish it, dinner and words, a double feature!)
It was perfectly decent risotto. People keep raving about celeriac to me and I just find it a bit bland. If I'm making that much effort with veg prep than I'd rather have some kind of squash as they taste better... However I now have dinner for the next few days so that's definitely a victory of it's own!
