I may accidentally have fallen asleep there, I would blame the alien fish but they seem to have fled again.

1597 words since last I posted - 2101 in total in the past 2 1/2 hours or so! Most of it is description and character internal monologue stuff that I suspect will probably get cut from any final draft for length, but at least I'm actually getting some of the damn story written! :D
